About me

Ideas are a dime a dozen if you can't make them happen. I believe in big ideas, and I will them into reality. I ask us for a collective vision, and I connect the steps that will get us there. There are others like myself who work tirelessly to create a better future, but I lead with boldness, creativity, and always, always with curiosity.

Today, I lead Global Culture and Belonging at DoorDash, the nation's largest and fastest-growing on-demand logistics platform; we are a technology company that's passionate about transforming local businesses and dedicated to enabling new ways of working, earning, and living. DoorDash connects customers with their favorite local and national businesses in more than 4,000 cities across the United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, and Mexico City. In this role, I lead a dynamic department composed of Employee Engagement, Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to create an interconnected strategy so DoorDash’s employees can do the best work of their careers. 

I'm a self-proclaimed equity geek who spends 90% of her time thinking about how tech and businesses at large can be a vehicle of progress. I'm a contributor to topics related to culture, DEI, and the future of work. I've been featured at LinkedIn Talent Connect, at SXSW, and on NPR.

Passionate about uplifting the Asian American community, I cofounded positive body image site ThickDumplingSkin.com and serve on the board of Asian Americans for Civil Rights and Equality (AACRE).
